Lukas Kos creates quietly powerful spaces that enrich daily life—residences and hospitality interiors shaped by bold conceptual clarity and disciplined delivery. Working across Canada and the U.S., he brings an international body of work and a process that is clear, structured, and dependable from first sketch through construction.
In practice since 2012 (and in the profession since 2006), Lukas has led projects across high-end residential and hospitality in North America, Europe, and Asia. His work has been recognized by leading publishers and awards, including a Best of Year honour from Interior Design magazine for Cloud Villa in Shanghai, alongside recognition from the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards (London) and the A&D Trophy Awards (Hong Kong). Select projects have also been featured in major design publications and cultural campaigns.
Before founding his studio, Lukas worked in Los Angeles, Toronto, and Shanghai, including time at Frank Gehry Partners, contributing to residential, hospitality, cultural, and retail/commercial projects.

Rayni Kovacs is an architect with over a decade of experience leading projects across commercial, high-end residential, multi-family, transportation, and institutional sectors. Her portfolio spans North America, the Middle East, and the Caribbean, providing her with a diverse understanding of design, construction, and project delivery across a range of cultural and regulatory environments. She also brings valuable experience in master planning, helping shape cohesive communities at both the human and urban scales.
Passionate about sustainable design and high-performance buildings, Rayni is a Certified Passive House Designer and is committed to creating energy-efficient, environmentally responsible architecture. She believes that thoughtful design can positively impact both people and the environment, and she integrates these principles into every stage of the design process.
Rayni is highly skilled in project leadership and team coordination, guiding multidisciplinary teams from schematic design through construction documentation, contract administration, and project closeout. Her collaborative approach, technical expertise, and attention to detail enable her to successfully manage complex projects while delivering exceptional results.

With over 10 years of experience across high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors, Barbara has supported projects in the U.S. and Canada, including Los Angeles, Manhattan, and Western Canada, with additional experience in Europe. She works closely within multidisciplinary teams from concept through design development and documentation, bringing consistency to layouts, materials, and detailing.
Barbara is valued for her calm, practical sensibility: thoughtful palettes, disciplined planning, and a refined understanding of how spaces should feel day to day—quietly confident, and easy to live in.
